Sucralose is a white crystalline powder, odorless, sweet. It is stable to light, heat and acid. Soluble in water, ethanol, methanol.
In the food industry, sucralose is used as a sweetener. It has high sweetness, 600-650 times that of sucrose. The taste is pure, without any odor or bitterness.
