Description  

Sucralose is a white crystalline powder, odorless, sweet. It is stable to light, heat and acid. Soluble in water, ethanol, methanol.

 

Application

Sucralose is currently the world's highest-level product of high-sweetness sweetener development and research. Sucralose is a white powdery product, easily soluble in water (solubility 28.2g, 20℃), its sweetness is 600 times of sucrose, and its sweetness is pure, the sweetness characteristic curve almost overlaps with sucrose. Sucralose is a non-nutritive powerful sweetener, which is hardly absorbed in the human body and has zero calories. The properties of sucralose are stable, and its crystalline product is stable even when stored under dry conditions at 20°C for 4 years. In an aqueous solution, within the pH range of soft drinks (pH 3-5) and at normal temperatures, sucralose is the most stable of all powerful sweeteners, and can be stored for more than one year without any change. Sucralose is a derivative of sucrose, a pure natural product.

In the food industry, sucralose is used as a sweetener. It has high sweetness, 600-650 times that of sucrose. The taste is pure, without any odor or bitterness. The caloric value is extremely low (can be regarded as 0), does not cause obesity, and can be used by diabetics, patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the elderly.
