Description
Acesulfame Potassium occurs as a white, free-flowing crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol.
Application
The full name of Acesulfame-K is acesulfame potassium, also known as AK sugar, white crystalline powder. The sweetness of Acesulfame-K is about 200 times of sucrose (3% solution), it has no peculiar smell, no moisture absorption, high water solubility, and good stability to heat and acid. It is currently one of the most stable sweeteners in the world, it can effectively control the intake of calories, especially suitable for obese people and blood pressure patients. It does not cause severe blood sugar reactions, especially suitable for diabetic patients.
