Description
Ofloxacin is a pale yellow or bright yellow, crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water, soluble in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble or soluble in methylene chloride, slightly soluble in methanol.
Application
Ofloxacin is the third generation of quinolone synthetic antibiotics. It has many advantages, such as broad antimicrobial spectrum, strong antimicrobial activity, good bioavailability, safe and effective oral administration, low toxicity and no drug resistance. It is used for respiratory system infection, intestinal tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, urinary system infection caused by sensitive bacteria.
