Description
Piracetam is a white or almost white, powder. It is freely soluble in water, soluble in ethanol (96 per cent). It shows polymorphism.
Application
Piracetam is mainly used for memory and thinking disorders caused by brain diseases, children with organic dementia and mental retardation, and has a certain effect on mild to moderate senile dementia.
