Description
Flunixin Meglumine is a white or off white crystalline powder. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and cyclo-oxygenase inhibitor.
Application
Flunicine meglumine is a veterinary anti-inflammatory analgesic. It has antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The use alone or in combination with antibiotics can significantly improve clinical symptoms and enhance the activity of antibiotics. Veterinary clinically, it is often used to relieve pain and anti-inflammatory caused by visceral colic, musculoskeletal disorders in horses; control of acute inflammation caused by infection of various diseases of cattle, such as laminitis, arthritis, etc. Also used for auxiliary treatment for sow mastitis, metritis and no milk syndrome.
